Welcome to Aetherus Sanctuary

 Hunter's personal journey through recovery of the body, mind, and spirit led him to immerse himself into Breathwork, discovering the aid of Cold Plunging, Yoga and Meditation. After a year of consistent usage he saw incredible changes both mentally and physically. Aetherus Sanctuary was born shortly thereafter.
